Former UHP Officer Arrested Again For DUI

ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) — Officials say a former Utah Highway Patrol lieutenant who was dismissed after a being charged with drunk driving in a crash in 2006 has been arrested again on a drunk driving charge.
This time, the highway patrol says Fred Swain was driving a tractor trailer.
UHP Sgt. Jeff Nigbur says Swain was arrested Monday at a Washington County truck checkpoint. -
